Description
Balleny Cottage was a single-storey vernacular house, appearing to date from the early nineteenth century. It was originally a traditionally-constructed property which had been gentrified. The building featured an elliptical door opening and windows with Georgian paned sashes. The cottage has been demolished and replaced with a modern house. It is not currently listed for its architectural or historical interest. A partial survey only was undertaken.
