Description

This is a late nineteenth-century two-storey house with an attic, situated on Scarva Street in Banbridge. The house has a pitched slate roof, rendered (plastered) walls with late Victorian stucco ornamentation, and a central dormer featuring twinned round-headed windows. The upper-floor windows have been infilled, and an inappropriate ground-floor shop front has been added. The building is of limited merit and a full survey was not undertaken. It is not listed for purposes of architectural or historical interest, and the extent of any potential listing is not defined.
