This was a former single-storey vernacular house with an attic, built before 1833 and later extended with a porch. It had a pitched roof covered in corrugated asbestos, whitewashed roughcast walls, and timber sash windows. The house has since been demolished and replaced with a modern building.

The First Survey card from 1976 describes the building as a single-storey cottage with an attic, featuring a corrugated asbestos roof and gable ends. Chimneys were rendered on brick, and the walls were roughcast. The west-facing front had four double-height windows with Georgian panes. The facade was finished with smooth, green-painted cement. A projecting, rendered porch with a flat roof and minimal eaves and a blocking course was also noted, along with a flush panel door. An attic window was located in each gable. The building was recorded as being in poor condition and unoccupied. The front was approximately 45 feet wide; the porch did not appear on the Ordnance Survey map of 1834.
