The Coburns Warehouse is a group of warehouse buildings situated on Castlewellan Road, Banbridge. The buildings consist of double-height and double-pile single-storey structures constructed primarily from basalt and brick, featuring timber sash windows. The warehouses have undergone alterations to accommodate new uses. Due to their limited architectural and historical merit, a full survey was not undertaken, and the listing is recorded only.
