Holywood Nursery School is a detached, single-storey building constructed in the mid-twentieth century. The building consists of a low, horizontal block with a flat roof facing the front, and a taller block to the rear, featuring clerestory windows and a shallow pitched roof. The main elevation has been altered and extended, which has negatively impacted the original proportions and character of the building. The building is not considered to be of special architectural interest. A partial survey was undertaken. It is not listed.
