Description
Culdaff is a detached, two-storey villa dating from the late Victorian period, situated on Seafront Road near Holywood. The villa has been extended to the east with a two-storey bay. The surrounding setting has been significantly altered, including the addition of a modern house to the east and rear. While it represents a late-Victorian villa, it is not considered a particularly fine example of the type and its architectural interest has been diminished by alterations and extensions. A partial survey was undertaken.
