The building comprises a complex of red-brick railway station structures located at Marino Station, Holywood. These include the Station Master’s house, a parcel office, and a waiting room. The structures were originally built between 1861 and 1865, and subsequently altered over time. The group value of the buildings does not meet the criteria for statutory listing, nor does it possess special architectural or historic interest.
