The Priory is a detached, gabled house dating to the mid-nineteenth century, situated on Marino Station Road, north of Holywood. The house has been extended and modified, resulting in alterations to its original proportions. While it is not considered to be a particularly fine example of its type, its original interest has been diminished by extensive alterations and extensions. A partial survey was undertaken.
