This is a one-and-a-half storey gate lodge situated at the south-west of Clandeboye Estate. The lodge has undergone alterations involving the replacement of original fabric, which has reduced its historic integrity. Its setting has also been affected by industrial use. It is not considered to be of special interest. This is a partial record and was previously listed as HB23/10/019. The building is in private ownership.
