Description
Salernum and Netherfield are a pair of two-storey attached suburban houses dating from the mid-nineteenth century and situated on Croft Road, Holywood. The roofs are hipped. The external walls are rendered, and the windows are generally 1/1 sliding sash windows, although some have been replaced with uPVC. The houses represent a common building type for the area but have undergone alterations, most notably large extensions to the rear, which have affected their original character. They are not considered to be of special architectural or historical interest.
