Description
Birnam Wood is a detached, two-storey flat-roof house built in the International Style. It is situated south of Bangor Road, on the outskirts of Holywood. The house has been altered and extended, and now features replacement aluminium windows throughout, which detract from the original design. While an example of the International Style, it is not considered to be of exceptional quality or possessing special architectural or historical interest. A partial survey only was undertaken.
