This is a former pair of three-bay, two-storey Victorian houses located on High Street in Holywood town centre. Only one of the original pair remains. The house has been altered, and its setting is compromised by the construction of a modern building to the west. It is not considered to be of special architectural or historical interest. A partial survey was undertaken.
