This is a detached, three-bay, one-and-a-half-storey house built around 1830. It faces north and is situated within its own grounds to the north of Dairyland Road. The building was not included in the initial survey of heritage assets and, due to substantial replacement of original materials, does not possess sufficient historical or architectural interest to warrant listing now.
