Description

Cross Keys Garage, formerly listed under the Old Grammar School and three adjoining houses, is an 18th-century building located on Newmarket Street. Constructed from stone rubble, it stands two storeys high and was originally a private house. The front features two three-light windows that are uncoursed and have some glazing bars, along with a new window that has been inserted in a former doorway. On the upper floor, there are two round-headed windows that still retain some glazing bars and small plain keystones.
