Description
The Lock House and Bridge House at Selby Lock, part of the Aire and Calder Navigation on Selby Canal, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brown brick and features a hipped pantile roof. The building is two storeys high with a brick oversailing course at the eaves. It has six bays with sash windows, although two of the first-floor windows are blocked. There are also two late 19th-century board and batten porches, which have diagonal planking.
