Nos 49 and 50 on North Street in Ripon are early 19th-century buildings constructed of brown brick with a pantiled roof. They are two storeys high and consist of two bays. Both feature Yorkshire casements with glazing bars. The door of No 49 is contemporary and has six fielded panels, while No 50 has a modern door.
