Description

This is an early 19th-century property on Castle Hill. It is a three-storey building rendered in stucco, with a plinth and an ornamental iron gutter eaves cornice. The front facade features four windows, originally hung sashes with glazing bars. Two ground floor windows have been replaced with bows, featuring a plain frieze and cornice. A single other window is present on the front elevation. The central entrance is a six-panel door set within a plain stone frame. A rainwater head, inscribed "EM," is also visible. The structure dates to 1809 and forms a group with numbers 1 to 19 (odd) on Castle Hill.
