Description

Nos 8 and 8A on Brunswick Street date from the 17th century or early 18th century. The building is two storeys high and constructed of whitened stone. It features three windows, with glazing bars, including one casement window. One of the windows consists of three lights and has sliding sashes. The upper floor is accessed by a plain central door, which leads to a stone bridge that connects to the street, complete with iron railings. The ground floor is situated below street level. Nos 2 to 10, which are consecutive, form a group with No 16 Flowergate.
