Description

No. 12 Cross Street is an early Georgian building, dating from around 1730 to 1740. It stands taller than the other buildings in the street and features three storeys. The façade includes a frieze band and an eaves cornice. The doorway is adorned with Doric pilasters and a raking pediment, and it retains its original door. On the ground floor, there are two sash windows, while each of the upper floors has three sash windows, all with moulded architraves and stone sills. Nos. 1 to 12 Cross Street form a group.
