Description

No. 3 North Quay has origins dating back to the 18th century. This two-storey building is pebble dashed and features rendered round windows, with a band at both the top and bottom of the windows. The gable ends are coped and have kneelers, and there is one large chimney stack. The building has four windows, with one on the ground floor and a later larger window to the left. A notable feature is the porch, which includes pilasters and a triglyph frieze, a small pediment with modillions, and double modern doors. The stone surround of the porch has triple keystones, and there are four steps leading up to it, flanked by iron standard rails. The glazing is modern.
