Description
Church House is a late 17th-century building located on Saint Botolph's Road in Barton Seagrave. It is constructed of ironstone with an ashlar front and features a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate. The roof has two pedimented sash dormers with small panes. The building has two storeys and attics, and is topped with a modillioned wooden cornice. There are six sash windows with glazing bars, set in plain surrounds with small keystones. A modern central door is located in a wooden porch that has a small pediment. The south front of the building was added in 1806. Church House, along with the Church of St Botolph and Rectory Cottage, forms a group of significant structures.
