Description

Roseneath and The Spinning Wheel are a pair of 17th-century cottages that were refaced in the 18th century. They are built with red and blue brick, laid at a slightly angled plan, and have a tile roof with a central square chimney. Roseneath has two storeys and three bays; the ground floor features a central boarded door with a small hood supported by brackets, and two windows, the right-hand window being of two lights. The first floor has two windows of two lights. All windows are casements with glazing bars. The Spinning Wheel also has two storeys and three bays, with a modern central door on the ground floor and two windows, while the first floor has two windows. Again, all windows are casements with glazing bars.
