Description

The garden wall and main gateway at Old Bridge House date back to 1385. The house is visually shielded from St Peter's Street by a very high brick wall, which features a prominent arched main gateway located directly opposite the rear door of the house. This section of the wall is taller and is adorned with ball finials on either side. Above the doorway, there is a pediment. In front of the wall, there are two independent gate piers that are part of the overall design, which hold a pair of iron gates.
