Description
Bridgefoot House is an early 18th-century building constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings and an old tile roof. It features a moulded brick cornice with a projecting brick course and stands three storeys tall. The ground and first floors have five flush segment-headed sash windows with keystones, while the first and second floor windows have aprons. The second floor windows have flat heads, and all windows include glazing bars. Inside, there is painted ovolo panelling on the ground floor and a cut string staircase with twisted balusters. The architect G. F. Bodley lived in this house from 1895 to 1905.
