Description

The lodge, dating to approximately 1905 and likely designed by G C Horsley, stands at the entrance to Framewood Manor. It is a one-storey building with an attic. The construction is primarily brick, accented with stone dressings, and topped with a tiled roof featuring a prominent chimney. The lodge faces the drive with a central, gabled projection. The ground floor of this projection features a four-light casement window with leaded lights, while the attic has a three-light casement window, also with leaded lights. A modern addition is present to the left of the lodge. To the right, a recessed door is sheltered by a wooden tile-hung porch. The roof slopes downwards on the road-facing side.
