Description

Malt Cottage is a 17th-century cottage, altered in later centuries. It is timber-framed with red brick nogging and has an old tile roof. The building is arranged in an L-shape. A remodelled chimney stack is present. The cottage has modern windows with leaded lights. A dormer window is located on the short arm of the L-shape, featuring a cement-rendered gable and applied oak boarding. A modern porch has been added to the angle of the L-shape.
