Description
Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 17th century, which has been extensively refurbished in the 19th and 20th centuries. The ground floor is rebuilt in brick and whitewashed, while the upper storey is timber-framed with colourwashed render infill. It features an old tile roof with a central group of attached chimney shafts made of thin brick. The building has a square plan, consisting of a 2-bay front range and a triple-gabled rear range, and it is two storeys high with an attic. The wooden casements have narrow horizontal glazing bars, with the west range displaying 3-light windows on the front and gable end, and a single light in the attic gable. The west front also includes a lobby entry with a 20th-century gabled porch made of colourwashed brick. The other windows are arranged irregularly.
