Description

The Cross Keys is an 18th-century building located on the south side of Wycombe End in Beaconsfield. It is a two-storey building constructed of colourwashed brick, with a machine tile roof featuring two hips facing the street. The upper floor has two sash windows set under the eaves. A wrought iron bracket supports a hanging sign depicting the Cross Keys on the corner. The ground floor features an off-centre entrance beneath a gabled hood supported by brackets. To the left of the entrance is a sash window, and to the right is a modern plate glass shop window. The building was formerly the Cross Keys public house.
