Description
No. 21 Keere Street is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a platband and a flat wooden eaves soffit beneath a plain tiled roof. The roof has two hipped dormers and a stack located behind the ridge, slightly off-centre to the left. The house has two storeys and attics, with a three-window front. The windows are glazing bar sashes with gauged heads, although the central window on the first floor is blank. There is a central moulded wooden door-surround topped with a cornice hood, leading to a panelled door that has two glazed top panels. To the left, there is a side entrance with a segment-headed surround and a boarded door. An Art Nouveau-style door knocker is also present.
