Description

The Parish Church of St Michael the Archangel is a Grade I listed building located on the west side of The Street in Litlington. It is constructed of flint and features a slate roof. The church includes a chancel and a nave, which have origins in the 12th century, along with a wooden bell-turret topped by a broached shingled spire and a south porch. The nave's westernmost bay, located beneath the bell-turret, and the porch date from the 15th century. Inside, there is a sedilia with a 13th-century shaft and an Easter Sepulchre that has a Perpendicular arch.
