The exterior is faced with flints, accented by red brick dressings and a modillion eaves cornice. Stone quoins add to its architectural detail. The hipped tiled roof has a pentice on the south side. The glazing bars are intact, and there are two small bays on the ground floor. The entrance has a doorway with a flat hood supported by heavy solid brackets.
