Description

Bridgelands House is a building, now divided into two dwellings, with origins in the 16th century. It has undergone significant alteration, particularly with a re-facing of the south front using cement. The remaining exterior is constructed of stone with red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is hipped and covered in tiles. Casement windows are a feature. A modern porch displays a date stone inscribed with "1695" and the initials "T M." The house is two storeys high and has five windows. The interior includes a late 17th-century staircase and 18th-century panelling.
