Description

Tanners is an L-shaped house that dates back to the 17th century or earlier. The original part of the building features a timber frame with plaster and painted brick infilling, while the ground floor has been refaced with red brick and grey headers. It has a tiled roof and casement windows. The west wing consists of two parallel ranges, with the southern range being an 18th-century addition that has a stuccoed front with imitation joints and sash windows. The house is two storeys high, with four windows facing east and three windows facing south.
