Description

Coates Manor House is a house from the early 17th century, formerly known as No 24 Leconfield Estate. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring three windows and a central gabled dormer. The exterior is faced with coursed stone and has red brick stringcourses. The roof is half-hipped and tiled. The windows are casements with stone mullions set in cemented surrounds, and there is a stone doorway with a depressed pointed head. At the north end of the house, there is a recessed 18th-century addition that is two storeys high and has two windows, constructed of ironstone rubble.
