Description

Nos. 30B and 30C in Coates are cottages that were formerly part of the Leconfield Estate. The building consists of one structure, with the northern end likely dating from the 17th century and having been refaced, while the rest of the building is from the 19th century. It stands two storeys high and features four windows. The exterior is constructed from carstone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins, topped with a tiled roof. The windows are casement style.
