Little Poynes is a cottage that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It features a timber-framed structure with exposed timbering and red brick infilling on the north wall, although the front has been refronted with roughcast. The cottage has a tiled roof and includes casement windows. It is two storeys high and has two windows.
