Description

Pear Tree Cottage is a 17th century house that was refaced in the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a tiled roof. The cottage has casement windows and a crow stepped projecting chimney breast on the north wall. It is one storey with an attic, containing two windows and two gabled dormers.
