Description

Green Cottage and Walnut Cottage are two houses that were originally one building, dating from the 17th century or earlier. This timber-framed structure features painted brick infilling and has curved and diagonal braces. At the back, there are three gables, and the roof is tiled. The windows are casement style. The westernmost third of the building, which is part of Walnut Cottage, is an 18th-century addition made of painted brick. The building stands two storeys high and has a total of six windows.
