Description

East Lavant Cottage is an 18th-century building located on the north-west side of Lavant Main Road. It is two storeys high and features three windows, constructed from red brick. The cottage has a modillion eaves cornice and a tiled roof, with intact glazing bars. A trellised wooden porch adds to its charm.
