Description

Numbers 37 and 38 on Main Road are a former part of the Goodwood Estate, built in the mid-19th century. This building is known locally as being in the Dukery style and features a half H-plan layout. It has two storeys and four windows. The exterior is faced with coursed flints, accented with red brick dressings, quoins, and dripstones above the windows. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. The end window bays project and are topped with gables.
