Description

1-4 Grooms Yard is an 18th-century building originally a public house. It is two storeys high and has four windows. The exterior is stuccoed and the roof is covered with tiles, hipped in style. The original glazing bars to the windows remain intact. A modern bay window has been added on both floors at the north end of the front elevation, along with a modern porch.
