Description

Nos 131 and 132 on Chichester Road are a mid-19th century building designed in a half H plan. The structure is two storeys high and features three windows. It is constructed from coursed flints with red brick dressings, quoins, and dripstones above the windows. The roofs are tiled, and the windows are casement style. The outer window bays project and have gables above them, while there is a gabled dormer in the center that includes a double glass porch.
