Description

Milestone Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage that stands two storeys tall and features two windows. The building is constructed of coursed malmstone with red brick dressings and quoins, topped by a tiled roof. It has casement windows with diamond-shaped panes and a gabled wooden porch. Notably, there is a milestone on the first floor indicating the distances to London, Petworth, and Chichester.
