Description

Spire Cottage, built around 1830, is a two-storey building featuring two windows. It is constructed of coursed malmstone with red brick dressings and long and short quoins made of Roman cement. The roof is slate, and there are small gables above the first-floor windows. The cottage has casement windows with latticed panes and a large gabled porch.
