Description
Old Manor House is a house that dates from the 16th century or earlier, which was restored and extended in the early 20th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill and has a hipped tiled roof with a gablet on the right-hand side. The house has four tall brick chimney stacks and is designed as a Wealden house with three bays, a recessed center supported on brackets, and jettied end bays. It has two storeys and three windows, which are 20th-century casements with leaded lights. The doorcase under the right side bay includes an early 20th-century door surround with blank spandrels, brackets, and an arched plank door. The left side elevation has a large hipped dormer, while the right side features a two-storey brick addition with a hipped tiled roof and casement windows.
