Description

Malthouse Cottages is a group of three houses formed from an L-shaped block. The northwest wing was originally a malthouse built in the 17th century. It is constructed of stone and features a tiled roof, casement windows with stone mullions and dripstones, and has two storeys with an attic, including two windows and one dormer. The southeast wing is an 18th-century addition, also made of stone but with red brick dressings and quoins. This section has a tiled roof and casement windows, and it consists of two storeys with three windows.
