Description
This is a timber-framed building, dating from the 16th or early 17th century, located on Eastbourne Lane in Eastbourne. Originally, the timber frame was exposed in the east wall and features curved braces with painted brick infilling. The south front has been refaced with stone, incorporating red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is tiled. The building has two storeys and five casement windows.
