Description

Browns Hall, formerly known as Brownshall Farmhouse, is a building that dates back to the 17th century or earlier. Originally three cottages, it has been converted into a farmhouse. The exterior is faced with coursed Hythe sandstone, accented with red brick dressings and quoins. It features a steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof and casement windows. There is a stone chimney breast located on the north wall. The building stands two storeys tall and has four windows.
