Description
Rookery Farmhouse, dated 1655, is a two-storey building with four windows. It is faced with flints and features red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is tiled. On the first floor, there are horizontally-sliding sash windows, while the ground floor has ordinary sash windows with glazing bars. A brick buttress is located at the south end. The farmhouse includes a two-storeyed porch with a shaped Dutch gable, which contains a four-centred archway with a hood-mould. Above the archway, there is a design of a heart made from flints.
