Description

The Parish Church of St Mary is a 13th-century church that underwent significant restoration in 1849. It is constructed of flint with stone dressings and features a tiled roof. The church comprises a chancel and nave, a south aisle, a north porch, and a western bell-turret, which is covered in weather-boarding and topped with a broached shingled spire. There is a blocked round-headed north arcade that retains one well-preserved waterleaf capital from the late 12th century, along with a 13th-century arcade.
